This is the perfect work from home position. The compensation package is amazing. The performance bonus is out of this world. Positive work environment. Award incentives are top tier. The company takes work/life balance very seriously.

Cons

Customer surveys can affect your bonus payout.

I didn't even get to work there because HR didn't like my answer on working Corp2Corp. They were looking for someone who is always full-time I guess, looking for that corporate Joe Schmoe,

Cons

I had a lot of colorful experience. Initially I boosted my salary by asking their internal because I was in a different state, which went from 120 to 180k before I got hired, and then their jealous HR lady blocked my entrance, cut throat, because of that. So a month later I got a 300k contract and funded my own startup, good for me! But overall what a terrible experience.

Some pros about the organization are the work culture. The CEO has done a great job with creating a culture that is warm and welcoming to all employees. They are open to feedback and always willing to listen and improve. They give employees the opportunity to be able to grow and apply their talent and skills. There is a mutual respect between everyone and what role(s) they play in the organization.

Cons

The benefits. It would be great if the organization could add more perks to their benefits package.
