Pros

The pay has improved with the owner and backer Western & Southern Life. Bonuses and overtime are also available. I found my supervisor to be responsive and encouraging.

Cons

I worked in the service department for 13 years as full time and over a year as temporary staff. During that time weren’t from no requirement to sell to being required to ask if the customer was interested in adding coverage to be required to take a take a minimum to a LOT of apps every month. Service became less important as sales requirements increased.

Pros

Work from home in most positions. Generous bonus opportunities.

Cons

Limited health benefits options. They pay their own employees claims, which means they have access to all your health information.

Pros

good people who care, at least in customer service

Cons

targets were set up so no matter how well everyone is doing, a set percentage of people will always be failing and only a certain percent will be seen as doing well
