Don't see any!! Since that company has been bought by LECTRA, we pretty much lost everything we had!!
Cons
They took away 7 days paid vacation from me with no financial compensation in return for the extra 56 worked hours. I'm in the FIFTH year without a single pay increase!! Not even inflation compensation to maintain buying power!! I've lost over 20% of my buying power now!! In parallel, every year they increase the cost of the health insurance by 30%!!
