Not much especially in procurement - benefits are average and you have to pay premium - RRSP its ok, it will be reduced shortly and monthly payment for IMF is now responsibility of employees - Career advancement not present - Training and Dev - non existence

Cons

a lot to list .. just keep looking please.

Pros

Excelenlt People, even better proccesses. The company gives you the needed tools to completion of your tasks and have a very rigorous security policy, demonstrating the caring they have for the well been of their employees

Cons

The benefits are not quite good. They are kind of misely about bonus payments and salary raise. They make a lot of money but does not share it with their people
