      You are free to excel, improvise, implement, and execute YOUR ideas to make the operations better, you can earn "points" for YOUR ideas which can be turned over to $$$$, VERY GOOD starting pay, VERY GOOD benefits, YOU WILL be fired for safety violations, drugs, alcohol, etc.... ON THE SPOT! This is good for the safety of others) Advancement opportunity's are there also if want to go for them.... choice is YOURS! Overall... good stable employment, With a very decent pay structure, starting pay is about double of minimum starting elsewhere....

      YOU WILL be freezing your butt off in the winter if you are blue collar worker out in the mill or melt shop, YOU WILL be sweating your butt off in the summer if you are a blue collar worker in the mill or melt shop, but........ the money is there, if YOU are willing to work,

      Horrible place pay isn't worth the danger..pro people seem to die at least once a year at different plants

      None.. at urgency there want you to work. Everyone wants to leave.only one break very physical job

      Cons

      high turnover no morale poor pay management treats employees like they are kids they work you like a slave for little pay...maintaining guy thinks he is boss..very dangerous and very dirty place to work at
