You arent completely unemployed. There is a 401K contribution match up to %6.

Cons

Total compensation has been cut by over 20 percent in the form of incentive being effectively cut out and greatly restricted overtime. However, with employees barely getting by, we are told to work harder. Morale is completely gone and nobody cares. You are only a replaceable number here and it shows.

Pay is decent and the projects were interesting.

Cons

Management can be very condescending and stubborn. Don't expect to have your opinion heard. Employees at this company were very unqualified in there positions, I have no idea how some of these people got their jobs. The hardest part was putting on a fake smile the entire time; I am glad that I parted ways with this company.
