Most toxic workplace I have ever experienced

Pros

Recognized brand in its field

Cons

During my time there, I witnessed frequent bullying of women and junior staff: when reported, response was "life isn't fair." Basic legal employee rights not observed (leave under FMLA; document review period legally required for terminated employees in certain categories). Once witnessed the current president ask how they could make an employee so miserable that they would quit without having to fire them.
