A Company That Still Cares!

Pros

Company cares about you, the benefits, pay, bonus plan but also just the general way they treat their employees is something that has been lost in most companies for a long time. Still do company retreats, send out personalized holiday gifts, you know the people you work with and it matters

Cons

There are some old school views on flexibility, while they say they are flexible, and they want to be, they are still working out how to actually be ok with not seeing people they work with. It comes from a good place and being a family but they need to enter 2021

Pros

I loved working there! It was still Geronimo at the time so I can't speak as to the National Grid influence but my co-workers were amazing and the company culture was great. They really valued hard work so everyone was a hard worker. I also really appreciate their farmer friendly approach.

Cons

The downside to the hard working culture is it's hard to have balance sometimes.
