Staff is very caring and kids are wonderful! It's a great Company to work for, if you are a fit and have a heart for education.

Cons

Even if Gersh is a well know School all over the Country it is a startup in Wa state and unfortunately it start with the wrong leadership. New Principal is outstanding and we are on the right track now.
