Be afraid. They cover for racist management and in turn try to fire you if you bring information to management.

Pros

Great product and marketing , but Inexperienced, immature management group including first timer CEO . Implicit bias is strong . Racism and sexism are top issues.

Cons

Racist and sexist environments with a lot of micro aggression that initially seem open to diversity. Several law suits around this issue just do some research or ask individuals in confidence

Pros

I've worked for 5 startups and I'd follow this team into a fire! Best product/market fit I've seen. 90% inbound leads, the marketing team kills it! The commission structure is fair and the close rate is solid. Work-life balance is great, they are flexible for commuting and allow 1 work from home day a week. Craig is a remarkably approachable CEO and is hilarious to work with. With the acquisition, it still has a small team/startup feel but with the funding of a public company.

Cons

It's actually hard to think of something but we are currently in a transitional period after the acquisition so a few of the expected growing pains.
