I loved the people I met while working there and made some life long friends, they provide equipment

Cons

Policies changed so often that it was hard to keep up with. Something would change and you would find out right after a call a then that call would get graded badly. They don’t care about their employees.

Micromanagement is awful, be prepared to be watched and stalked almost the entire shift by team leads, they hire the most unproffesional people they can find, the equipment that they provide doesn't even work properly, if i had to pick 1 word to describe the whole experience it would be GHETTO.. I mean, you can tell just by their replies here LOL. And before that person says the old same thing about having an open door policy, I KNOW LOL AND I'M QUITTING TOMORROW hhahhaha. No 2 week notice, nothing, they don't deserve it, ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE TRUE, RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
