Pros
IWS - Good colleagues, high integrity and quality expectations, innovative solutions and progressive attitudes, plus management at eye-level. Worked there for near 18 years, as the company grew from 14 to 140 people, and while less intimate now, still great people all around and a great attitude. Company organized healthy lunch.
Cons
Getinge itself is a very large, worldwide company, and some top-level decisions are made with not enough knowledge of the subsidiaries, affecting them negatively. Also, as the company grew, so did the turnover rate, which hurt the inter-department communications and cooperation.
