It's better than being unemployed. Most reps here are very talented. Some good products.
Cons
VERY low base pay and no raises. Management changes your commission plan and deducts from you if your making too much. You will wait for months for commission payments to come through. Some of us had to wait for FOUR MONTHS without a draw. Disorganized!! You will literally have to do EVERYTHING yourself to keep your customers happy. CAFE PHARMA GETINGE -search for yourself
