      There are very few pros.

      Cons

      This company is poorly managed from the top. They will hire and let you go without regard, whether you have been there three weeks or since the launch in Nov 21. Pay is low. They told employees they would pay for their health insurance, which was a selling point for people to join. That ended after the first year. Senior management is not trustworthy and claim to be "people first." They are people first if those people are senior management.

      The coworkers were ok to work with.

      Cons

      Idiotic management and it’s going downhill. Literally fired the best workers and now it’s awful. It’s not gonna last the year. Oh yeah and the racism wasn’t great either.

      Weekly pay. That’s it. Nothing else

      Cons

      Not full time. Only 30-32 hrs per week. Disorganized af!!! No leadership structure, no company communications between corporate, and upper management. Will not honor your past experiences and retail knowledge, they will only expect you to know what they want. No employee handbook, no core values, no mission statement for anything!!!
