- If you want to take initiate and change something, it is possible but not easy - Most colleagues are very nice and helpful

Cons

- CEO/Owner of the company can interfere even with design of a feature in a company with 1000 employees - Management do not listen to their employees. They are making bad decisions one after another. There are big problems that needs fixing but they focus on minor issues which creates more problems - Most of the colleagues do not have motivation to work in the company which makes you don't want to work as well. - Expertise of the colleagues are very low. Some senior developers should not even described as mid developer. - Promotions are distributed unevenly. Some developers got promotions because the team needs a developer, not because developers show good performance - Boss can decide on a decision and immediately without questioning the decision is applied. This can be even extending the working hours which should be illegal.
