Pros
patients and some coworkers were so sweet.
Cons
From management and other departments consistently messing up accounts and sending them back to have you hassle people for money they do not owe because other people aren’t doing their job or investigating correctly. Management sucks at communicating will make decisions for you and send you an email about your new job description and pay. The constant doing more than what you are being paid for and not being compensated. Not wanting to take supervisor calls after a certain time. They have no sympathy for emergency situations will write you up for dying and missing work. No growth within the company they’ll say they notice you once their favorites start to quit and ask you to train but don’t pay you.
