Decent benefits and friendly work environment. If you're a proficient worker, you're guaranteed to succeed.

Cons

Bad management on service side. Most issues below service advisors and ignored and never taken care of. Advisors find loop holes to gain money and screw over the technician in the process with warranty claims.
