Pros

A well thought out, progressive management team leads its employees (at great monetary and hourly cost) towards tackling today's social issues. This company makes the most of a cooperative work environment where no one's ideas are discounted. The employees become a second family who I care about, and who care about me.

Cons

It should be mandatory that anyone who takes a job here should have at least a year working elsewhere to fully understand what a wonderful place this is to work.
