* The work culture is agile and fast paced but pleasantly lacks the undue pressure that could impact productivity * Friendly environment that fosters collaboration and team work * Nice benefits w/ free health insurance * Good encouragement from leadership for talent and personal initiative

* Paid time-off is less than general market standard

We have continued to make changes to our flexible time off guidelines in order to allow employees the time they need outside of work.
