Pros

Great flexibility and dynamics with team members

Cons

Each team in each location is treated like a separate silo. Office politics between managers frequently blocks projects, leaving subordinates to diffuse the situation

Pros

Very fast paced working environment. Lots of scope to make your mark and get noticed. Not too many management layers.

Cons

Benefits are very basic and salarys are way off benchmark for the industry.. doesn't really compete with other companies that hire at the same level.
