Pros

- Great product that has potential. - Some really great, talented people still working there who are passionate about the work they do. - The option to work remotely is a huge plus and provides flexibility.

Cons

- Management has lost touch with what makes the company successful. Micromanagement has become the norm, which stifles any autonomy or creativity. - Leadership, from top to bottom, is completely out of their depth, especially in the CSM team. It’s evident in every decision made and every process implemented. Some managers have no experience in leadership roles or CSM whatsoever and yes, that shows. - The once open, transparent culture has completely eroded. There’s a lack of trust, and speaking up or offering feedback is now a risk, not a chance to improve. - Higher turnover than ever and general dissatisfaction among employees have become the standard. It feels like they’re trying to push people out by being overly difficult and inflexible. - Pay is below market value for the responsibilities of the role, which adds to the overall sense of undervaluation. - Career growth opportunities are nearly nonexistent. The company doesn’t seem to invest in employees' long-term development or offer clear paths for advancement, leaving many stuck in stagnant positions.

Hello, thank you for your review! I'm so glad to see you have had an overall positive experience while working at Getty Images! We certainly believe we have some of the best individuals in the business. Our compensation team works hard to ensure all employees are paid fairly and to market, constantly evaluating our job profiles and compensation grades. I also understand the frustration that comes with process changes and goals. As the business continues to level up and grow, so too do the processes that help us get there. This can be frustrating, but we encourage employees to work with their managers to address concerns. Please know you are also always able to connect with your HR Business Partner as well. We want to set all employees up for success. If you have any specific feedback about this matter, or anything else, feel free to email me at sarah.dudley@gettyimages.com
