Pros

Getty Images offers a variety of products that empowers sales staff with limitless opportunities and conversations. Good commission scheme

Cons

The Dubai office offers no career growth opportunity. The management is hesitant to empower staff. Budget constraints is always the excuse for growth or personal development programs Continuous change that you are not involved with planning for.

Pros

Getty Images has interesting products with good branding in the industry. It's not too big so can be nimble when required.

Cons

It has a hire and fire culture, I have seen 2 of my managers being fired when once upon a time, they were stars in the company. Constant restructuring so very unsettling. Old boys club....managers have tendency to hire own kind.
