      Challenging work in a comfortable environment

      constantly changing the org chart, management tools, methods, ideologies, and processes. never willing to commit money for management tools, talk of work-life balance is just talk. They never offered actual training, but held it as a carrot.

      Fun industry with some really creative people. Great product - especially the prime editorial content.

      Cons

      Management was mixed up and would often contradict themselves. There also appeared to be some in-fighting and unhealthy competition between the VPs in Marketing.
