Pros

Getty Images offers a variety of products that empowers sales staff with limitless opportunities and conversations. Good commission scheme

Cons

The Dubai office offers no career growth opportunity. The management is hesitant to empower staff. Budget constraints is always the excuse for growth or personal development programs Continuous change that you are not involved with planning for.

Pros

Transparent numbers, open communication with my boss and direct reports, positive energy and great products/services. Great manager and mentor.

Cons

Outdated CRM / databases. Old school in terms of tracking calls and all that. Felt a bit like a call center at times.
