Pros

Good working hours, relaxed atmosphere Kitchen with Fresh water and well stocked. Generous welcome merch. Interesting products and projects.

Cons

Atmosphere of closeness is not cultivated for entire office as a whole. But rather on a team by team basis. Atmosphere is more so competitive than anything else to get the best sales stats by the end of the year. Issues to troubleshoot are very basic and someone looking for a challenge will quickly become bored unless they're hired directly/promoted into a Senior CSA role or a CSM role. Management at team level is hit and miss. Tendancy for people in certain roles to get high off their own self importance. If you have a sales profile Getty is for you otherwise probably not.
