A company in turmoil

Pros

Fabulous product, devoted colleagues and good company spirit. A global business where it's possible to work with partners and customers in many countries.

Cons

The business model is under great pressure and the company does not (yet) have the tools and skills to counter this. There is a risk of becoming a dinosaur in a tech/media industry that is evolving faster than the company.

Pros

Love the poeple in my office and team around the world. Great product to sell, great brand, and great minds.

Cons

It's hard to grow inside the company if you're not in the US or UK. Hard to get a raise. :(

Pros

Work life balance Good branding, good products Colleagues are generally nice

Cons

If you do NOT mind changes throughout the year, join Getty. If you can work in a company whereby there is restructuring & retrenchment every year, join Getty. If you can accept instability in job because no one is indispensable, join Getty. Getty is all about changes. You have a choice.
