Pros

health benefits, vacation time, office location, good 401K match

Cons

Office is very divided and little interaction between different teams. Teams fight over sales. If you're in sales, you better focus on your numbers and not having fun. High turnover. Lack of career path.

Pros

Incredible company mission, amazing products and wonderful clients. Most colleagues have long standing tenure and are dedicated to the industry.

Cons

Tremendous change due to the availability of professional cameras and the increase of available content. Subscription model will be the ultimate decline of this industry due to the seemingly unlimited availability of new images. Professional photographers will ultimately be paying the price for this, as their "art" has become a commodity. Value of images continues to drop and it will become more and more difficult for photographers to have a stable income.
