We consistently evaluate our offerings and it's always helpful to hear feedback directly from employees. Our Flexible Work Principles support the idea of positive work/life balance, allowing employees to work in ways that best suit them, as long as they maintain the ability to support the business while doing so. Our Global Morale Committees also put in a lot of work to plan wonderful events for our employees to ensure everyone remains connected as possible, even in a remote working space.
