Pros

They have a stellar product with amazing photographic and creative talent.

Cons

Still operates as a "friends and family" culture. Weak exec leadership team with little operating experience outside of Getty Images who tend to rely on gut rather than fact. Poor human capital management; inability to retain and nurture top talent; lack of a performance based culture.

Pros

My supervisor gave clear instructions, good feedback on assignments, and took the time to answer any questions I had about BBC Motion Gallery. Overall, the team was supportive and friendly.

Cons

I enjoyed my time at BBC Motion Gallery and I do not have negative experiences to report.

Pros

AMAZING product with killer potential. Cool office in a great location. The people are loyal and love the company.

Cons

Too many layoffs and people leaving. The company will fail unless management can realize stability and empowering the employees will cause the greatest returns on the business.
