Pros

Casual, friendly environment, lots of room for growth, employees have lots of opportunities to change career tracks within the company, great work/life balance, great 401(k), encourages cultural exposure with great discounts for things like plays, music, etc. Location was fantastic

Cons

Benefits don't reflect the changes in the economy, rigidity that comes with large corporations, various levels of management prefer verbal contracts that are unenforceable.
