Pros

The people. Had the best colleagues in my department and cross over departments . International and multicutural environment /great work ethic /decent salary and good benefits /you manage your workload and your working hours

Cons

Poor managerial decisions at times . You will need to manage a large workload and constant changes . Big turnover in departments that do not offer progression

Pros

The brand works great in your CV when you move on.

Cons

Low payment, no investment in employees, i especially was irritated by the hectic end of each quarter, when all sales people had to do „power hours“ in order to „save“ the ebitda.
