      Pros

      Great company, even greater employees. The current manager in Singapore is great, with more sales experience that a lot of the sales people and supports the team and fights for them like no one else. She has stepped up and taken over without asking for it and I think she deserves a lot of credit for all that she does. People who have left under her should get over it and move on in life rather than publicly humiliating people because they just end up humiliating themselves. No one asked you to leave, you leave yourself so it's no one else's problem but yours. If I could come back, I would happily do so.

      Give your sales people more than 1 chance to perform, it takes some of us time to develop in our roles :)
