The people are great A more diverse workplace The internal training is fantastic Each day is never the same. Benefits are the best I have ever seen in 25 years of working in London.

Good teamwork and team spirit, felxible and independent work possible. Open for new ideas and solutions. Open communication in department.

Cons

Sometimes to slow and restricted to agree to possible solutions. Also hierarchical in management style. Staff development is to weak.
