More business than creative

Pros

The visual product and interaction with creative contributors, clients, some colleagues and industry is great. The international work environment is good and most marketing colleagues are very nice to work with.

Cons

Getty Images was founded and is being led by (investment) bankers- so despite the creative nature of the content and industry, this company is completely bottomline and sales driven and makes changes and re-orgs whenever they see fit.
