Hello! Thank you for your review! It's wonderful to hear you had a great experience with your colleagues and felt that even in a hybrid/remote work environment you could maintain a social atmosphere with those on your team and others. We promote communication and connectivity between everyone, even when not working in the office. As a company, we are constantly evaluating open positions and promotional opportunities, along with ways in which we can reward those for great work. One way is through performance reviews, which allow managers and employees the opportunity to discuss company and personal goals, including how employees are working to meet these goals, while also spending time discussing any potential development opportunities. We want all employees to feel their career goals are being met. If you have concerns about your own personal careers goals not being met, your Human Resource Business Partner is always happy to have this conversation. If you have any suggestions for how we can reward high impact work, or any additional feedback you'd like to share, please reach out to me at sarah.dudley@gettyimages.com!

Hi! Thank you so much for your review of Getty Images! I'm happy to see you had a positive experience while working with us, including work-life balance. We realize how important this balance is for all employees and do our best to provide an environment that allows employees to work in a way that makes them most successful, and this includes a flexible, hybrid approach to work. However, we realize with an approach like this, it can be difficult to cultivate relationships with others. As a result, we have worked to create opportunities for employees to connect with one another outside of the office. One great way is our Donut Slack channel, which pairs employees across the company for coffee chats so they can get to know one another in a casual setting. If you have any other ideas for how we can enhance our office culture, I would love to hear more, along with any other additional feedback you may have. Please feel free to reach out to me at sarah.dudley@gettyimages.com!
