I enjoyed my management by the far the best - very down to earth and listened to what I had to say.

Cons

The IT department was not properly organized and is in need of yet another reorg- they have had 4 in the past 21 months.

Exciting industry. Some compelling elements in the industry (some much less so). Interesting technical challenges and opportunities. With some executive changes, this could be an incredible business to be part of.

Cons

Executive Leadership team was inbred and very self-serving, even to the detriment of the business and employees. With this, there was a lack of general good business sense and skills, masked by arrogance. Some organizations were great for employees, while others were horrible and executive leadership played organizations against each other, again, to the detriment of the business.
