Pros

Great group of people, very smart. Good work/life balance. Very committed to Agile, mostly Kanban. In process of moving to more open-source technology, away from .Net

Cons

Private company, not transparent in how business is doing, a little lost on how to move forward in the rapidly changing competitive space. Can be slow to get things done. Management has a hard time focusing, chase too many things at the same time. Half of dev is in Argentina, so that presents some challenges in communication/coordination

Pros

Decent pay, you get to go home at the end of the day, great location. CEO seems like a nice guy.

Cons

CYA culture. Feckless middle management whose approach to everything is "throw under the bus first, ask questions later", miserable employees, limited opportunity. Their whole "no silos" slogan is a steaming pile of bullsh. This company is more silo'd than a North Korean hillside.

Pros

It was once a very nice place to work. Still some small pockets of people who want to do a good job.

Cons

A lot of gossip, and rumors, and lies. Sadly backstabbing is ignored or flat out rewarded. Very sad how much the company has gone down hill since The Carlyle Group took over. Too many internal teams are competing with each other for their very jobs, which means instead put their efforts into making good systems and helping to compete with outside companies, effort is wasted on internal petty struggles.
