Hello and thank you for posting a review on Glassdoor! Following the pandemic, we implemented increased flexibility around hybrid and remote work to improve work/life balance options. Following this change, we have seen increased levels of productivity and engagement, which have only re-affirmed the decision to not require employees to work in the office. It is possible that some managers may be newer to managing in this environment, which could result in inadvertent micro-management tendencies. If you feel that you are experiencing some of these, I encourage you to share this feedback with your manager. If improvements are not happening, another option is to connect with your HR Business Partner or myself at carly.etzin@gettyimages.com. Thank you!

Thank you for sharing a Glassdoor review. I am pleased to hear that your experience working with our organization has yielded sustainable work/life balance and that our benefits package is sufficient for your needs. However, your experience with growth at the organization is disheartening. Our HR and Culture and Development team curate many resources to aid in your development so that you continue to be engaged and challenged. Some of these materials include organized Quarterly Check Ins, Goal-Setting Guidelines, toolkits on establishing a growth mindset, clear job descriptions for every role to ensure that you have clarity on opportunities before being ready for the next level, and more. I encourage you to connect with your manager or your HR Business Partner to discuss your development so that you continue to feel successful and impactful at Getty Images. Thank you!
