      Pros

      Getty cares about its employees well being and has recently updated PTO and remote working flexibility - pre-pandemic - to help accommodate a work/life balance.

      Cons

      When you hire on, you hire into career positions, as there is not al of room for growth.

      - Great culture - Marketing at a high level. Open to solutions. - People managers do a good job of avoiding micro-management.

      Cons

      - The amount of work can become overwhelming for people that try to take on too much. - Managers aren't going to necessarily place you in opportunities unless you ask/initiate
