Hello! Thank you for taking the time to share a review. I am pleased that you are enjoying working alongside our talented employees. Through D&I initiatives, engagement and connectivity strategies, and morale activities, we hope to foster a unique culture that is inclusive of all different voices, perspectives, and experiences! However, I am disappointed to hear that you didn't feel that there was much to learn in your role. Through programs such as #WeLearnWednesdays, Monthly Developmental Hours dedicated to advancing skills and learning, Content Hours, and quarterly check-ins, we work hard to create an environment where folks can continue to develop personally and professionally. I would love to learn more about your experience. Please reach out to me at carly.etzin@gettyimages.com. Thank you!

Pros

When Getty Image first said they wanted to be the best place to work, I didn't believe that could happen. But today I would happily say Getty Images indeed is one of the best places to work. - Flexible, respectful & supportive workplace culture - Wonderful people - Healthcare benefit is top in the region - Opportunity to progress - Valuing DEI as one of the key missions - Exposure to global events and the behind the scene stories - World-class visual for your daily marketing content

Cons

- Very US centric - Still in the journey to improve the DEI efforts, need more to be done than to be said - A lot of great internal initiatives to connect people & help people progress, yet 90% occurs in US time zone - Smaller regions have less resources/exposure/speaking power than the others

Thank you so much for posting a such a detailed review. Beginning on an employee's Day 1, we share that we strive to be the best place that you will ever work, and all of the components mentioned above are contributing factors in this goal. In times such as these, flexibility and the ability to balance personal and professional obligations are key. We are proud to continue to promote a Hybrid working environment where folks are encouraged to work in the way that they feel most supported and effective. Paired with top healthcare benefits, a competitive401(k) matching program, a built-out D&I team that continues to drive our mission of Moving the World and building an inclusive workplace, and the high caliber of talent, makes for this one-of-a-kind workplace. We are proud of the work we have done in this space, but to your point, recognize that growth is a continuous process and there should always be opportunities to improve. As a global company, we do our best to accommodate folks in various timezones. All-Hands calls, D&I Open Sessions, trainings, and many meetings are scheduled with dual sessions so that employees around the world can join. We recently implemented translation options to all calls so that if English is not your first language, you have the ability to translate the speaker or yourself at the bottom of the screen. We will continue to look at ways to have a global perspective and ensure that all voices are heard, regardless of location. If you have any additional feedback that you'd like to share, please feel free to reach out to carly.etzin@gettyimages.com. Thank you!
