Pros

Getty Images is an easy place to work. Work/life balance is totally achievable, it's in a great location, everyone enjoys hanging out after work in local bars. It's a great place to work especially if you want to live in the city and bike to work, and not have to work too hard. Pay is probably not top, but your hours aren't either.

Cons

People can (and do) "coast" here. Don't piss off upper management, though, or you are fired. I respect upper mgt for their ability to remove negative people, but it also makes for a semi-skittish workforce. Do just enough to not get fired, it seems, and you'll be fine. Don't expect a massive career growth here. This is a lifestyle company.
