Pros

This company has great PTO and health insurance benefits. The co-workers are really great and everyone is pretty friendly and relaxed. They work hard at being inclusive and stand behind their ideals.

Cons

CSR work can be grueling. You are dealing with an indifferent public that doesn't understand licensing and wants everything for free. You are asked to juggle up to 3 chat messages simultaneously, which can leave your head spinning at the end of the day. The pay for the role is low, the benefits (free health insurance and generous PTO) help make up for it, but it isn't enough. The job requires a great deal of understanding a complex web of licensing issues and the only way to really get a handle on it is to get thrown into the water and learn to swim.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. We strive to live by the ideal of 'being the greatest place you will ever work' through cultivating a culture of inclusion, equity, work/life balance, no silos, and community. Your feedback demonstrates that our efforts are leading us in the right direction! The CSR role is specialized and complex and definitely requires a high skillset and patience. Licensing is a tricky business but it is largely employees like yourself who have this niche understanding and drive success and growth. If you've identified areas of opportunity around training, please reach out to our Sales Enablement team or myself at carly.etzin@gettyimages.com. Thanks!
