Pros

Great work life balance, good benefits

Cons

Not an ideal company to grow. The company is run by a few sharp minds and the rest is there stay 20 years to get the day to day done.

Hi, there - thank you for your review. We’re glad to hear that you experienced a strong work-life balance and valued our benefits, as these are areas that we work hard to maintain through our Flexible Work Principles and the hard work of our benefits team. We also appreciate your perspective on growth opportunities. We recognize that career development looks different for everyone, and we’re continually working to expand learning paths, mentorship, and opportunities for increased responsibility across the organization through year-end reviews and regular manager check-ins. We do also value the deep experience that long-tenured team members bring to our day-to-day operations, while also trying to provide growth opportunities for those who want to also grow their careers with Getty Images. If you'd like to talk about this, or any other topic, in further detail, feel free to email me at sarah.dudley@gettyimages.com!

Good culture

Pros

Great culture. You'd always feel like you are "included" no matter what your position is.

Cons

It's not a "big" company if you are in tech, their pay is comparable but not the greatest. Due to its size, there is not much career ladder to climb especially if you are not a naturally social person. But if you are looking for a stable and steady job, Getty is definitely for you.
