Well funded, talented in-house resources for getting work done. Good compensation, excellent work life balance, great WFH or in-office policies amid Covid, great benefits.

Cons

Hiring process can take a week or two longer than expected, but once you're here its great.

Pros

Intrapreneurial culture within the company. Many opportunities for growth, if you have an idea that supports business objectives and is supported by data/research you can run with that project. A place to roll your sleeves up and make a difference and see the impact in real time.

Cons

Many staff with long tenures which is a positive, speaks to the passion for the business, but can also be a negative when it is hard to change their outlook and focus.
