The People Flexible Work Principles Clearly articulated leadership and operating principles Leadership that cares Employee Resource Groups Excellent benefits

Cons

You're going to be asked to do a lot with lean resources and you have to be prepared for that, to truly invest your time and energy to make the company better, Standards are high, I don't see this necessarily as a con, but some may not want that type of pressure.
