- good coworkers - work is interesting - good student body

Cons

- morale is in the gutter - poor communication from upper administration - stagnant pay that is below benchmarks - benefits get worse every year - President only listens to a handful of people and doesn’t take concerns of most employees seriously - college will likely shut down in the next few years due to mismanagement and poor recruiting
