Beautiful park-like setting, full of history, great co-workers, awesome President Flexible hours, excellent benefits

Cons

Salary increases would be nice. The College is trying to raise rates to where they should be.

Great Benefits Good work environment- very flexible Friendly coworkers

Cons

Low pay Never closes for inclement weather (even blizzards!), employees either risk driving or use their own PTO No room to move up or grow, staff just move to the same position in different departments
