Great benefits (lots of vacation time and decent time off for holidays; good insurance benefits), great colleagues, flexible and understanding supervisors

Cons

Not a lot of opportunity to move up, not necessarily a fast paced environment; some of the benefits don't apply to single people

I had some great colleagues and good opportunities to pursue research outside of teaching.

Cons

Location. The tourist-oriented town is not very friendly to newcomers and major cities are close, but not really close enough.

The managers are very flexible with schedules to ensure that you have enough time to get your school work done. School always comes first with this college

Cons

It pays minimum wage, but you cannot really complain being that it is fairly low skill jobs that for the students
