Pros

Good company for fresher's Good work life balance Will get good domain knowledge. Leave encashment Team building activities every month

Cons

Less pay than market rate Higher management is not good You won't get enough increments even if you work extremely well. They hire senior members with good pay who don't know about the domain.

Pros

- The projects are very interesting and some of the costumers are the bigest technological companies of the world. It's cool to work with talented people inside and outside of G+D. - The R&D team in Barcelona is great, at personal and professional level. They love what they do and have an admirable commitment with the projects that they develop. - Flexible entry/exit time and in summer you only work 7 hours (instead 8). - Management is (usually) not inside the projects, but outside. Most of the time you can work on the projects without management interferences.

Cons

- It is easy to find companies with better salary. - The work environment is noisy. A lot of people talking each other or on the phone. Sometimes it is hard to get focus on the problem that you have in the screen. - There is no office/kitchen space (but there is a cantine with daily meals) - No free coffee. Seriously? This is gas for the engineering people. - Travel "diets" or compensation are too fair. - The company is on the outskirts of Barcelona. Private transport (car or motorbike) is almost necessary. Consequently is in the middle of nothing. Literally (search it in google maps) - There are no internal career opportunities in R&D.
