Pros

Clean environment. Kind co-workers (not management). Free coffee (although the machine is constantly under repairs).

Cons

Horrible management. Guilt tripping from management. Over hours demanded by management. Cheap and stingy management (especially the super-rich ''Big Boss''). Way too many rules and regulations. Exhaustive work. Underemployed.

Pros

The company purpose is important and interesting. Its a shame Munich decides everything and dictates what subsidiares do.

Cons

Awful management. No career plan, your value is measured in the offjob beer gathetings. People are resources. Stupid SCRUM rage only for daily management.
